In front of Forbes Travel Guide Four-Stars Wynn Las Vegas and Encore, and steps away from Las Vegas Boulevard, the long-awaited Wynn Plaza Shops is a retail, dining and wellness collection that brings a roster of first-to-market shops and businesses to the resort. Here are four reasons to make the November-opened project a part of your next Vegas adventure.

Start the Day at SoulCycle
The fitness sensation that has swept the country makes its Las Vegas debut at Wynn Plaza. SoulCycle blends high-intensity music with vigorous cycling in an atmosphere that feels like a nightclub. The lights are off, the music is loud and the vibe is a burst of positivity during every ride.
SoulCycle devotees rejoice that now they can keep up their workouts while in town for work or play — and there is nothing better than sweating it out to be in tip-top shape for a day of excitement around the city.
The location also features cool workout gear and accessories, and even recently unveiled collaborative apparel, classes and playlists with top musical acts such as Wynn Nightlife headliners The Chainsmokers.
Shop the Afternoon Away
Wynn Plaza’s collection includes designer favorites like Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney, Hermès, Bottega Veneta, Kiton, Stefano Ricci and the only permanent Louis Vuitton men’s store. Additionally, the plaza welcomes many specialty retailers that did not have a prior Las Vegas presence, including Le Labo (luxury fragrances), Loewe (Spanish leather goods), RTA (denim-infused apparel) and Aviator Nation (cool, comfortable sportswear).
You also will find local boutique Feature, which sells limited-edition and hard-to-find sneakers, for those who are obsessed with having the latest pairs.

Midday Nibbles and an International Culinary Experience
Lattes at Los Angeles-based favorite Urth Caffe and bellinis at Cipriani are two of the tasty reasons to visit Wynn Plaza. These dining destinations make their Las Vegas launch here, offering a respite for shoppers or reasons to consider your next global trek.
Known for its organic coffees, healthy teas and a menu filled with vegan, gluten-free and decadent items, Urth Caffe has been a celebrity favorite for decades. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert, the establishment brews an atmosphere that’s steeped in European tradition, so gather around the ceramic tile fountain and star-shaped skylight, order up a Spanish latte and enjoy a quality catch-up session with a good friend or travel companion.
The first West Coast location for Cipriani offers a true taste of its Venetian origins. The aforementioned bellini (prosecco and white peach purée) was created in 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. at the original location, Harry’s Bar, in Venice.
Cipriani is also credited with introducing beef carpaccio to the world. So, when you visit the restaurant, make sure you give the proteins a bit of attention. Don’t miss dishes such as the decadent baked tagliolini with Prague ham and a light Chilean sea bass alla Carlina done with capers, lemon, olive oil and tomato. End either meal with the buttery-soft vanilla ice cream à la minute, which will have the table screaming for more.
Between bites, feast on nautical design elements: glossy walnut and chrome details, virtual portholes where the seas are always calm, terrazzo floors and the signature Cipriani color palette of tan leather and blue plush. Fashion photographer Marco Glaviano’s pictures of Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer and Naomi Campbell adorn the space.
Finish the Day with Art
Like its sister hotels, Wynn Plaza creates a visually enticing experience around every corner. When entering from the resort side, discover the Smiling King Bear sculpture from Spanish contemporary artist Okuda San Miguel. The plaza’s 16-foot-tall ambassador is a rainbow of colorful expression that represents the artist’s prismatic style. He wears a spiked crown and carries a smiling ball.
Should you come in from the Strip, you’ll encounter an equally optimistic and vibrant work, Arrows and Flower Neon Sign, by Takashi Murakami and Virgil Abloh. The nine-foot-tall kinetic neon sign blends the arrow logo of Abloh’s Off-White fashion brand with Murakami’s iconic rainbow flower. Symbolizing abundance and beauty, while pointing to the road ahead, this multimedia piece was recently on exhibit at the artists’ collaborative L.A. show “America Too.”
