Wolfgang Puck is at it again. This time, he’s opening a new eponymous restaurant inside Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles. After a recent visit, we’ve deemed this contemporary spot a standout in his roster. Last week on Forbes.com, we dished about the new outpost’s design and, of course, its food.
