Hotel Mocktails You Should Try Now
      By Forbes Travel Guide Editors

For teetotalers (and those trying to cut back) now’s the time to enjoy all the swankiness of a hotel bar without the liquor. At many luxe hotels and restaurants, bartenders are lending mocktails — tasty non-alcoholic beverages focused on fresh ingredients such as raspberries, oranges and mangoes — the same style and flair as their alcohol-infused counterparts. And if you don’t see mocktails on the menu, don’t be afraid to ask the bartender to make something special; with a few alterations, many drinks can lose the alcohol and still retain the same vibrant flavor. Check out these top mocktails available at hotels across the country.

      Peach & Passion Fruit Smash
CUT at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino, Las Vegas

Enjoy this exotic blend of peach puree, passion fruit puree, ginger syrup, mint and a splash of ginger ale. The ginger adds a slight bite of spiciness to the cocktail. ($6)

      The Perfect Thyming
Blue Duck Tavern at Park Hyatt, Washington D.C.

The Before Thyming mocktail replaces vodka and prosecco with elderflower cordial, fresh lime juice, pear juice and apple cider to create a delicate drink with just a hint of floral notes. ($8)

      Oriental Punch
      M-Bar at Mandarin Oriental, Miami

For a taste of summer during the winter, try this citrus-packed blend of pineapple juice, orange juices, lime and grenadine. ($7)

      The Crimson Berry Iced Tea

The Bristol Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Boston

The blend of cranberries, elderflower and mint comes together to put a twist on the classic iced tea. Garnished with fresh mint and lemon, this vibrant mocktail is a fragrant addition to any 5 o’clock snack. ($5)

      Green Remedy

The St. Regis Bar at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort

Spearmint adds a refreshing zip to this drink, especially after a long day of activities. Coconut water, lime and cucumber round out the flavorful profile of this tasty remedy. ($12)
