They say that you can take the man out of France, but you can’t take France out of a man. That saying couldn’t be more true for this all-star chef. He claims to have created the molten chocolate cake in New York City in 1987; though often imitated, his signature dessert is never duplicated. You can indulge in the molten chocolate cake at his Five-Star namesake restaurant. With more than 25 other restaurants under his belt, this chef is also a restaurateur. While just one of his eateries has achieved Five-Star status, the others are certainly worth a visit. You can find them in London, Shanghai, Paris and Bora Bora.
