While checking out the recently opened Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, we were lucky enough to nab not only a room overlooking the city’s famous harbor — but one with a balcony. During the day we caught glimpses of the blue-and-white water taxis shuttling tourists back and forth from the aquarium and science museum to historic Fort McHenry and the Rusty Scupper seafood restaurant. But our favorite time to check out the views was at dusk, when the city’s lights reflected across the water as downtown glittered in the distance.
