Tastemaker José Andrés Gets Creative Outside Of The Kitchen
      By Forbes Travel Guide Inspector

      November 15, 2011

In some corners, José Andrés is known as Spain’s unofficial ambassador to the U.S., and it’s easy to see why. He ushered in the Spanish food boom and made tapas practically required eating in America. The cookbook author, restaurateur and acclaimed chef (he’s snagged multiple James Beard Awards) sat down with us to dish on what inspires him to keep moving, keep creating and keep contributing (he recently started the non-profit World Central Kitchen to feed those in crisis around the globe). View our video to hear what Andrés has to say about life in the kitchen and beyond.
