Six Star Cruises wants you to come sail away with them for four months. The U.K. cruise company has put together a cruise of a lifetime. Spanning 124 days, 28 countries and costing more than $12,500 per day (that’s more than $1.5 million per couple), this over-the-top experience is in all likelihood the most expensive cruise ever offered.
The trip begins in the U.K. with a helicopter ride to a London airport while enjoying Beluga caviar and sipping on piping hot Da Hong Pao tea (so rare it costs £2,000 or more than $3,200 per kilogram) and Dom Pérignon. Then comes a private-chartered flight in a Boeing Business Jet featuring mahogany paneling and a spacious lounge. A private chef will prepare a 10-course meal for the flight and after landing in the U.S., a Rolls-Royce Phantom will chauffeur guests to the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills for a four-night stay.
And the cruise hasn’t even officially started yet.
The Silver Whisper, the newest member of the Silversea Cruises fleet, will then serve as your home for 115 days of terrestrial wonders spanning coastal deserts, volcanic islands and stunning tropical vistas. Guests bunk in a Royal Suite, which includes two bedrooms and more than 1,300 square foot of living space. The ultimate cruise concludes with a four-night stay in a private villa with a personal butler on Sunset Island in Miami.
Now that’s what you call a cruise. The voyage begins January 1.
