Some Travel Inspiration
While a fairytale-like Bavarian castle and blue-saturated Santorini made our followers swoon last month on @ForbesTravelGuide, the most popular post was from a little-known area of Portugal.
The country has a northern wine region called the Douro Valley, which produces port and sensational scenery. Zurich-based photographer Marina Berger (who goes by the handle @marineira) captured the UNESCO World Heritage Site beautifully — it will inspire you to head to the Douro to taste the sweet fortified wine.
