A new restaurant concept at Chicago’s The Talbott Hotel is celebrating its grand opening tonight. From acclaimed Mercadito Hospitality group, chef Ryan Poli and beverage consultants The Tippling Bros, comes Little Market American Brasserie.
The new eatery inside the Forbes Travel Guide Recommended hotel offers an innovative take on the French brasserie by combining flavors from around America with fine international ingredients. Expect chef Poli, who’s also executive chef of Chicago’s high-energy Tavernita, to serve up menu items inspired by the classic eateries such as a short rib-cognac poutine and cheese curds.
Make sure to have a cocktail when you stop in as the Tippling Bros. (Tad Carducci and Paul Tanguay) have received numerous accolades for their work. They came up with an inspired beverage program exclusive to Little Market. Mix flavors like blood orange cinnamon or smoked salted cream soda with rum, tequila or vodka for a crafty concoction. And take your pick of American and French wines, as well as sip on beers from France, Belgium and the U.S.
