Catching some summertime rays is always an enjoyable experience, but going on the same vacation every July or August can become monotonous. This season, ditch the sand and funny-named drinks for one-of-a-kind hotel packages that are sure to mix things up.

Go on a Google Glass Getaway

In the ever-changing world of technology, staying on top of the latest gizmos is crucial. As part of an ongoing cultural adjustment, San Francisco’s Stanford Court created a package that will make you the envy of all nerdy circles. The stimulating Google Glass Explorer deal allows you the opportunity to stay in true Bay boutique fashion while trying out the groundbreaking eyewear. Don’t worry, a full tutorial and a handout are provided to instruct you on the features of the gadget before heading out in the city. A complimentary appetizer is awarded to adept Google Glass users who take photos of San Francisco landmarks and post them to social media outlets. In addition to the futuristic optics, you will revel in deluxe accommodations, a complimentary breakfast in the hotel’s Aurea Café and a nightly beverage from Aurea Lounge. The Google Glass Explorer package is available through December 31.

Find High-End Hospitality in the South

The Bible Belt offers a rich culture and deep history that are quintessential for any traveler. Loews Hotel & Resorts is celebrating said experiences by offering Rhythms of the South packages in their Atlanta, Nashville and New Orleans outposts. The exclusive deals center around the culture, food and arts of these tradition-rich cities. While all of the packages feature a two-night stay, free parking and an arrival amenity, they have their individual flavors, too. Visitors to Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Loews Atlanta Hotel, for example, receive two Georgia peach cocktails at Bar Eleven, a pair of World of Coca-Cola tickets and access to the High Museum of Art. If Music City is your destination, the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel Nashville explores the best of what the town has to offer by treating you to two Tennessee whiskey cocktails at Mason Bar, admission to the Country Music Hall of Fame and passes to the Grand Ole Opry or Ryman Auditorium. The Loews New Orleans Hotel’s deal includes culinary and musical treats that take a long, hard look at the Big Easy with Sazerac cocktails at Sizzle Stick Bar, a gift card for Snug Harbor and a jazz brunch at either Commander’s Palace or Arnaud’s. Rhythms of the South deals are available through December 31.

      Get a Snazzy New Suit

If you’re tired of coming back from vacation looking sunburned and sloppily attired in cheesy novelty t-shirts, Ermenegildo Zegna wants to right your wardrobe wrongs this year. Through the end of December, the luxury menswear leader is teaming up with Four-Star The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas for the Suit Yourself package. The one-of-a-kind luxury shopping experience includes a $500 gift card to Zegna’s Dallas boutique, a V.I.P. wardrobe consultation and custom fitting with a Made to Measure specialist. In addition to these extravagant features, you will also receive deluxe overnight accommodations at the uptown Dallas property, daily breakfast for two, complimentary Wi-Fi, overnight valet parking and a renewed sense of self when you unpack your bags. The Suit Yourself package is offered through December 30.

      Test Your Bravery

Legend has it that Eureka Springs, Arkansas, is home to one of the most haunted hotels in America. Since its opening in the late 19th century, The 1886 Crescent Hotel & Spa has been the setting of unnatural phenomena, sightings and other unexplained activity that everyone from locals to Syfi channel ghost hunters have attempted to figure out. Room 218 is believed to be the most spiritually active of the hotel’s 76 rooms, but strange occurrences have been reported throughout the historic address. This summer, The Spirit of the Crescent promotion provides brave guests with overnight accommodations, breakfast for two each day in the Crystal Ballroom and tickets for the Crescent Hotel ghost tour, giving you the chance to meet past guests who may have checked in but never checked out. The Spirit of the Crescent promotion is available through December 31.
