      Must-See Mad Men-Era Hotels
      By Forbes Travel Guide Inspector

      March 27, 2012

      The Pierre

After a two-year hiatus, Mad Men hit the screen Sunday night and showed off some of our favorite hotels from the golden era of hospitality. From New York City to Los Angeles, AMC’s hit show ventures to some of the swankiest retro hotels in the country.

The Pierre was recently refurbished with residential-style décor and high ceilings, while The Plaza still remains an iconic New York hotel. In L.A., you’ll find The Beverly Hilton with its mod look and vibe, and The Beverly Hills Hotel showcasing its legendary pool scene — chock-full of modern-day Don Drapers. Check out the article on Forbes.com to learn more about these Mad Men-era hotels.
