Forbes Travel Guide debuted its 2017 Star Awards today, marking one of the most impressive batches of Five-Star hotels in the company’s history. Among the 22 new Five-Star hotels, winners spanned from all over the globe, from Napa Valley’s Solage, An Auberge Resort to Mandarin Oriental, Taipei to The Villas at Ayana Resort Bali to Faena Hotel Miami Beach.
Spectacular showings from across the map can also be seen at the Four-Star level. Of the 76 new properties in the category, hotels such as Mystic, Connecticut’s Spicer Mansion, Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest and Park Hyatt Sydney show just how diverse the new lineup is.
When you look at the 83 new Recommended hotels and resorts, you will notice even more variety. From JW Marriott Hotel Bogota and Key West’s The Marker Waterfront Resort to Grand Hyatt Santiago and The Shilla Seoul, Forbes Travel Guide inspectors found exemplary accommodations all over the world.
