A destination wedding in Bora Bora is the stuff of many brides’ dreams. Transporting a wedding gown thousands of miles to the French Polynesian island, on the other hand, is a nightmarish prospect.
To take the stress out of planning a wedding in paradise, The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort is introducing several new bridal amenities this winter, including an exclusive line of gowns from Norwegian designer Cecilie Melli that will be available to rent or buy onsite — no transport necessary. The St. Regis will showcase Melli’s romantic creations to the media tomorrow in New York, and brides getting married at the Bora Bora resort can begin placing orders in December.
The team making sure the dress fits? The new St. Regis Bora Bora Bridal Boutique and its romance butlers. Between the boutique — complete with indoor-outdoor lounges — and the butlers, wedding parties will be outfitted, styled, fed and photographed in luxury. Should you find yourself in Bora Bora pre- or post-nuptials instead, romance butlers will also be available to plan vow renewals, proposals and honeymoons.
Brides-to-be, take note. Not only is The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort one of the best places to stay in Bora Bora, it’s also one of the best places to say, “I do.”
