During a recent weeklong vacation to the Greek Isles, we traveled to the island of Santorini for three days to relax in the sun. One morning, we decided to walk the 30-minute hike from our hotel (in the Imerovigli village) to Fira, the adjacent town and Santori’s capital. What was supposed to be a 30-minute jaunt turned into a two-hour trek after stopping every 10 feet to take pictures of the jaw-dropping views. This was one of our many shots, snapped above the Grace Santorini boutique hotel looking out over Skaros, the iconic rock formation that juts out over the bright blue Aegean Sea.
