MERIT, the cult-favorite minimalist beauty brand on every TikTok “For You” page, dropped the collaboration of the summer. And it’s checking into The Ritz-Carlton with the new look.
Starting today, guests at select Ritz-Carlton properties, including New York; Toronto; Los Angeles; Santa Barbara; Dallas; Washington, D.C.; and Naples, can skip the packing stress with The Getaway Set: available through room service, the beauty edit is delivered to your door in a chic, limited-edition canvas bag that’s enhanced with a co-branded keychain. Inside, you’ll find travel-size versions of MERIT’s most popular products, the Great Skin Serum and Double Cleanse, plus first looks at the brand-new Clean Volume Mascara and Flush Balm. Here’s to vacation skin minus the overpacked toiletry bag.
Elsewhere on the property, Club Lounge guests get access to MERIT’s complimentary beauty cart. At select locations, a MERIT beauty educator will even be on hand to help you build a personalized routine. At turndown, you’ll find co-branded chocolates and skincare samples in your room.
And for the ultimate pairing, the room service menu is also getting a glow-up. When you order the Minimalist Martini, it arrives with a complimentary sample of MERIT’s Retrospect fragrance, a perfectly balanced blend of bergamot, florals and musk.
As MERIT’s partnership with The Ritz-Carlton launches on land, an equally elevated partnership is making a splash at sea as sleepwear brand Eberjey celebrates its 30th anniversary by teaming up with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection for an exclusive sleepwear set.

It’s a natural pairing for two brands built on intentional design. The resulting collection launched July 13 and inspired by the Yacht Collection’s signature pale blue paired with an abstract wave motif. Made from Eberjey’s washable mulberry silk, the pajamas are impossibly soft and breathable, echoing the same effortless elegance guests will find onboard. The collection comes in several styles: a long-sleeve, long-pant set, a printed short set for women and a long-pant set for men.
These recent Ritz-Carlton collaborations are part of a bigger trend: luxury hotels are teaming up with buzzy brands to create can’t-miss guest experiences. Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum has linked up with French fashion darling Jacquemus, bringing the all-caps logo designer’s Mediterranean-inspired aesthetic to the hotel’s beach club. Expect the custom typeface popping up everywhere, from black-and-white umbrellas, towels and paddleboards to backgammon sets and even beach buggies.
Meanwhile, Four-Star St. Regis Aspen Resort has joined forces with Hennessy Paradis to create The Paradis Suite. The 1,900-square-foot accommodation’s interiors channel the top-shelf cognac through subtle design touches, including a piece by Paris-based artist Mathilde Nivet that reinterprets the brand’s blending process.
Sporty & Rich has brought its retro-chic athleisure look to the Five-Star Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok in celebration of the hotel’s 150th anniversary. Proving that true legends never go out of style, the capsule collection (see: crew necks, T-shirts, pajama sets, tote bags and caps) is dressed in the hotel’s timeless celadon green.
