Carnevale returns to The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino and The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino this summer, bringing three months of food events — and more than 300 experiences — to the resorts between May 27 and September 8.
Each night, as the façade of the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Venetian comes to life with a 3D light projection fantasy, take part in Ciao Bella, a reception featuring live music, mixology lessons and more. Try a new cocktail for free — with a different spirit spotlighted every week — or pick up a map to explore the best Italian red wines by the glass at both Las Vegas hotels. On Fridays, SushiSamba offers food demonstrations along with sushi, sake and samba rolled together during late-night events.
While most of the events don’t have dates set quite yet, a cornucopia of special weekends have already been announced. During the Sammy Hagar Beach Bum Rum weekend (June 8 to 9), chef Emeril Lagasse will have a barbecue. From July 25 to 26, celebrate your love for red wine during the Passion for Cabernet weekend. Television personality and chef Curtis Stone makes an appearance at the resorts on July 26 and 27. Then Italian sommeliers face off during an Aug. 29 to 31 competition. And those about to be married should pencil in July 19 to 21 to attend the World’s Largest Bachelorette Party weekend.
Events awaiting a date include a weekend with actor George Clooney and his new Casamigos Tequila paired with a festival from chef Wolfgang Puck and a separate Taste of Eataly gathering with chef Mario Batali and winemaker Joe Bastianich.
For details on this summer’s festivities, keep an eye on the Carnevale pages on The Venetian and The Palazzo websites.
