The regal Hotel Plaza Athénée Paris is one of the most fashionable addresses in town. Sitting on Avenue Montaigne — home to Paris’ haute houses — the hotel is filled with Instagram-worthy scenes, from the Louis XVI-inspired rooms with fantastic views of the Eiffel Tower to the dramatic fabric ceiling and floating bar in Le Bar du Plaza Athénée and the ultra-modern shiny silver pods in Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée.
But one of our favorite backdrops for photos is in the tucked-away courtyard, covered in ivy and pops of the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotel’s signature red.
